Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless turkey breast
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Kitchen twine or butcher's twine

Method
 

  1. Prepare the turkey breast by flattening it out.
