Deliciously Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

These Buffalo Cauliflower Wings deliver a bold, spicy flavor paired with a satisfying crunch, making them an ideal appetizer for game day gatherings or a flavorful addition to any vegetarian feast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Add water gradually to the dry mixture, whisking until smooth.
  5. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Arrange the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the coated cauliflower pieces.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy, turning halfway.
  9. Remove from the oven and toss in buffalo sauce in a large bowl.
  10. Return the sauced cauliflower to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  11. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
